About Me

"Willkommen!

"Welcome – my name is Frank, and I’m glad to have you here!"

I’m a former Director of Sales & Business Development turned entrepreneur, building and leading successful businesses for the past 17 years. From driving corporate growth to creating my own path, I’ve mastered the art of sales, strategy and innovation to turn ideas into thriving ventures."

Warum also der Wechsel?

Based on my long year experience, I search for new job opportunities from a combination of factors:

After 17 years of successfully managing multiple businesses in automotive restoration, rentals, consulting and process development, I´m seeking for new challenges.

With extensive experience in sales, business development, and strategic leadership across multiple industries, I`m looking for a role that allows you to leverage these skills on a larger scale, with greater resources and impact.

My background in corporate sales, franchise expansion, international business and operational excellence makes me an asset for companies looking to grow their footprint.

Whether it’s returning to a leadership role in sales and business development or exploring executive-level opportunities, this transition could align with my long-term professional goals.

I have traveled a highly atypical path, both personally and professionally. Born in Germany and raised in Brazil until school, I returned to Germany to complete my high school diploma (Abitur) before serving in the military. After graduating as a hotel specialist, I built a career in the international hospitality industry before transitioning into entrepreneurship, successfully running multiple businesses for 17 years without major economic mistakes. Always driven by growth and learning, I later pursued an MBA and a Master’s in Team Management and Leadership and am currently studying Law at university. My diverse journey has shaped me into an adaptable, strategic, and results-driven professional.

My background reflects a unique and diverse career path, combining international exposure, entrepreneurial success and continuous academic growth.

I am an absolute team player, a mindset shaped not only by my business experience but also by years as an athlete and later as a coach in German American football clubs. This background has deeply influenced my leadership style - focusing on collaboration, strategic execution and empowering others to achieve common goals.
